All components have been manufactured in or sourced as close to Shropshire as possible. The Cast Iron cooking bowl is preseasoned with Flax Oil giving a hard wearing, attractive non-stick coating. Most slow cooker recipes take either 4 hours on the high setting, or 5 hours on the low setting. The food tastes great for a couple of hours after this, so there's no need to clock watch
